Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your privacy in accordance to your use of the Accessibility Tester ("Application"), the Application designed as a tool enhancing productivity of software developers, testers and designers.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE APPLICATION OBTAIN AND HOW IT IS USED?

Information Collected Automatically for Analytics Purposes

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.

Information Obtained During Use of the Application's "Assist Features"

Our Application provides access to information related to the content displayed on the screen of a mobile device ("Assist Features"). Assist Features can be activated only by explicit request made by a user of our Application.

Our Application is limited to use only publicly available Application Programming Interfaces offered by the operating system (API) and only after user granted it particular permissions required to perform a specific operation. Our Application doesn’t obey or hack Android operating system in any way. Our Application (as any other app) has access to some resources stored inside other packages installed on the same device. Our Application reads and processes the information stored in resources of other packages in order to present it to the user.

Assist Features may be blocked by third-party applications, making use of the appropriate API (this rule should apply to applications provided by financial institutions but is not limited to them).

If not specified otherwise, the information obtained by our Application this way is used and processed locally in order to present for the current user. We reserve a right however, to provide features related to synchronisation of data between multiple devices owned by the same user or defined group of users. In this particular scenario part of the information collected by "Assist Features" can be shared among authorized devices.

DO THIRD PARTIES SEE OR HAVE ACCESS TO INFORMATION OBTAINED BY THE APPLICATION?

We host collected data on Google Firebase services. We don’t sell or trade your private data to other third parties. However, data may be shared with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

HOW WE SOTORE COLLECTED DATA?

Our Application handles its cloud based functionality with use of the Google Firebase services (https://firebase.google.com). By using our Application you agree to the way Google handles private data provided to its services: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ and to the Firebase Terms of Service: https://firebase.google.com/terms/. Our Application may collect anonymised usage information with Google or Firebase Analytics. Usage information is collected in order to improve the product in the future.

DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at glitch.apps@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

CHILDREN

Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.

CHANGES

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via the "what’s new" section of the Application on Google Play store.

YOUR CONSENT

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
